Talk about your favorite games here. Gaming is a popular passtime so I am sure most of you have something to write.  Smiley

I love Animal Crossing for my Gamecube.  I got addicted to that game a little less than a year ago, and I used to play it all the time.  And yes, I realize the shame involved in a grown adult admitting her addiction to Animal Crossing. :/

Other than that, I love the Balder's Gate games (for Gamecube and PS2) and the Soul Caliber series.  I also am very nostalgic toward the original Sonic game (well, the first and second) as the Sega Genesis was the first console of my very own, and the original Mario Bros. games for the NES were awesome as well.

Despite my love for ETG, I am not a gamer but I do remember a couple of years I spend 6-10 hours every week day and 15+ hours every weekend playing SEGA games. ^^;;

Out of my way, because I'm drunk as hell.

I rarely play games anymore. I've been very very very slowly making my way through Star Ocean 3.

I do still play Super Punch Out for the SNES every now and then.  Most often when I am working on stuff on the comp and I need to give my brains a break. Nothing does it better than putting an obese clown into a coma.

My gaming days happened The House of the Dead II was released. I'd come home from school at 3 PM and keep playing it till 2 AM CONTINUOUSLY. Wait...didn't I have homework? I got them done as well...yet all I remember is playing games continously. oO;; So I used to have constant headaches back then. Then I got my glasses.

Years among years ago, a friend of mine and myself spent 3 hours and $20 at a walmart one night palying the House Of The Dead II arcade cabinet. We showed up at midnight with a bottle of rum and a pocket full of quaters and didn't leave until we beat it.  How we didn't get thrown out, I don't know.

While we're on the topic of rail-shooters, my vote (very briefly) goes to Time Crisis 2. My god. I didn't care if it was 4 quarters for a credit, that game was amazing.

Outside of that, I game on PC and Nintendo DS. On PCs, I play the occasional FPS (Counter Strike, FEAR, etc.) but mainly strategy games (think Age of Empires) and RPGs (Fallout series. If you haven't played it, Play it NOW. Amazing games, the first and second.)

On the DS side, Mario Kart DS was my first addiction, and it was one damn good addiction. (I only had one game at the time, but still, I played the s**t out of that game.) The New Super Mario Bros. is the newest one, alongside Phoenix Wright (Yelling "Objection!" has never been more fun. ^.^)

As for future gaming, more DS games are in line, but I REALLY want a Nintendo Wii. Too bad it's still ridiculously hard to find. T_T

My favorite is BioHazard 4 and I can't play it on my poor old computer. I had a Wii myself, gave it to cousin. How much does it cost there btw?

A Wii over here costs a whopping $250. Doesn't seem like a lot, but each Wiimote + Nunchuck combo takes another $60. Games take another $50. Doesn't take much to add up.
