NeXT is doing Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo!

Yes, it’s that movie we’re talking about… possibly the great movie of this year: Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo or The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. Few months back I met one of the co-founders of PTP Fansubs, a old school Italian fansub group known very well in their quality subs. They’re extremely nice and while talking, we had a splended idea: we decided to do a join with them on the movie Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo. This is an awesome movie; you laugh, you cry, you stare— you stay hooked. This movie has very high ratings so far and many groups seem to have jumped on it. Our progress with the movie got delayed by at least a week due to my severe internet issues and illness but we’re back on track now and hope to stay this way till the movie is released. The main script is currently in timing.

This month, coincidentally, is also my 1st anniversary as a fansubber so all I can say is the release of NeXT’s first fansub in the form of Tokikake at the end of this month or early next month will be the most delightful gift to me. Please look forward to our release, which, I promise, will be a quality release.
