Eriko Tamura: A Glimpse of the Past and the Future

It is little known that Legendary Idol Eriko is actually based on a real-life singer by the same name. Tamura made her debut as a teen idol singer the same year (1989) with the opening them of the series, ‘Namida no Hanbun‘ (Half My Tears). Oddly, her real-life debut was a lot similar to her debut in the anime; it was very sudden and surprised people around her. She was always known to have a beautiful smile and hence the ‘perfect idol’, who loved cats and baking sweets. The anime was a made to promote the career of this cute singer, who then ruled the nation with her heartwarming performances and charm. Her favorite artists, the renowned Japanese singer duo, Chage and Aska, acted as her inspiration: ‘My dream is to have Mr. Chage and Aska listen to my songs’.

OUT: Legendary Idol Eriko Episode 1 =^-^=

Welcome to NeXT! So we finally have it out; the long-awaited release of Episode 1 of this show. For various reasons, Episode 1 took a ridiculous amount of time to be processed. However, we are back on track now and hope to maintain a decent release rate… certainly, fifty one episodes for a show this old sounds an intimidating goal and the final episode well out of reach. We’ll thereby try our best to work as promptly as possible — although no promises as you never know what life will bring to you. Thanks to all our those who have been patiently waiting for the release of this episode.

Two predestined rivals meet for the first time. Does Eriko have any idea what destiny is trying to convey to her? An intense situation… that lightning… those eyes. ‘I don’t plan on becoming a singer anyway.’ — yet life can change in an instant. News Update

Eriko Ep1 is currently in RC1 RC2 and so we are getting ready for our first release!

On the release day we will be opening up #NeXT to the public for leechers and fans do download the release and talk about it! We are still looking for Distro Bot providers - If you’re interested and have the resources please contact us.

We also have convenient XDCC bot-lists which makes it easy to get the command for the file you want to download - just click and paste!

Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo has been stalled because our editor had a hard drive melt down and real life issues but now he is back and planning to continue working on it so hopefully it will get going again, so keep an eye out for more news!
